Return & Refund Policy

At MobiHard, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 2-days return policy in some items. Most of our International products couldn't be returned as per our suppliers return shipping policy.

PRODUCTS WHICH DO NOT COVER UNDER OUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY:

- Any type of Mobile Accessories, cases, covers, Skin stickers, Charges, Power Bank, Bluetooth Headphones, Earphones,

due to its high International (return) shipping cost.

REFUND PROCEDURE:

Once we receive the returned item, our system will process a refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method only.

REFUND AMOUNT:

You'll receive a refund of the purchased price, and we will deduct 20% of the payment processing and shipping fees of total amount.

MAKE SURE:

- Items that have been used, or tampered couldn't be returned.

- Items returned after the 2-days window.
