PAYMENT POLICY:

At MobiHard, we prioritize secure and convenient payment processing. Our payments are secured by RazorPay, ensuring a safe and seamless transaction experience.


ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:

- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)

- Net Banking

- UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

- Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)


PAYMENT PROCESS:

- Payments are processed through RazorPay's secure payment gateway.

- RazorPay uses industry-standard security measures, including encryption and PCI-DSS compliance.

- We do not store any card or payment information.


REFUNDS:

- Refunds will be processed within 3 days after receiving returned products or cancelling orders this will reflect in your bank in 5 to 7 days approx.

- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method with 20% of payment processing fees of MobiHard.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of timeframe.

- Cancellations after this timeframe may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of entire amount.


CHARGES AND TAXES:

- Prices include applicable taxes and charges.
